On 10/31/2025 we were at North Memorial Hospital after our appointment our car would not start. We called Feist and spoke to Ethan, he told that he would send Feist towing and Shane arrived super fast and he took us to Feist where we met up with Ethan and he told us not to worry and gave us a loaner car.And told us to check back Monday. On Monday we met Mike the shop manager and he explained everything to us he was so good to us.
